How do we work?

Does it mean that we need every type of personality in the same space, learning the same thing, at the same time, aiming to achieve the same outcomes with a side of differentiation? 

Or is it...

Creating flexible spaces, with different options for different personalities, allowing everyone to access learning and achieve outcomes of the same content in different ways?

After many years of connection to young people within current mainstream inclusive education, Inquire Education has chosen to use 'STEAM' and 'Inquiry' as a base for content and pedagogical approach as these are both flexible and engaging.  To allow these styles to flow with maximum comfort and joy for all, choice in learning style is offered to parents. With class size capped at 12, and growing interest into the future, class options are not based on age or ability or interest, as this has been done in the past.  Class types offered are based on 'ways of working' and 'learning styles'.  This non-hierarchical option for streaming allows for different personality types to access tailored learning experiences comfortably and confidently no matter their age or ability.
