Conscious
Learning with awareness, intention, and respect for individual needs.
Michelle knows what it feels like to love teaching while feeling increasingly disconnected from the system around it.
After over 20 years of working across education in all year levels, leadership and mentoring, she reached a point where she could no longer ignore the quiet feeling that there had to be another way.
What began as a personal search for alignment grew into a community of educators and families exploring new possibilities for learning.
Today, Michelle continues to work alongside teachers, families, and learners while helping others discover pathways that feel more purposeful, sustainable, and true to who they are.
Inquire Education was born from that journey.
Not because Michelle had all the answers.
Because she started asking different questions.
A gentle place to explore
This is a space to explore what’s possible, reconnect with purpose, and discover learning pathways that feel aligned, meaningful, and human.
You do not need to have the whole path mapped out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply giving yourself permission to pause, reflect, and notice what is calling your attention.
Whether you are rethinking your role in education, exploring new ways to use your skills, or looking for a pathway that feels more connected to your values, this is a calm place to start.
Start softly
A calm first step for educators finding their bearings.
Download the guide →Across Australia and beyond, teachers are questioning what education has become.
Many entered the profession because they wanted to inspire, guide, and make a difference. Yet somewhere along the way, that sense of purpose has become harder to find.
At the same time, more families are searching for learning experiences that honour the individuality, curiosity, and wellbeing of their children.
Inquire Education exists to support both.
We believe education can be conscious, connected, creative, and deeply human.
Most importantly, we believe there is more than one way to educate.
What We Believe
Everything we do is guided by three simple principles.
Learning with awareness, intention, and respect for individual needs.
Building relationships that nurture belonging, growth, and community.
Creating space for curiosity, innovation, self-expression, and possibility.
Through resources, community, learning experiences, and future programs, Inquire Education helps educators and families explore new pathways beyond traditional systems.
